I'm Sec.JHON DE LARA DTI#6849s'13 This is just one of the many cases of scam messages being spread out using SMS or text message. Be careful, many (seriously) have fallen victim of this. Some of them paid a amount to claim their fictitious winnings. Not the First Time to Use Villar's Name Based on my own research this is not the first time a similar scam was reported. As early as 2010, Villar Foundation, a non-profit organization of former Sen. Manny Villar and Sen. Cynthia Villar, already received similar complaints from victims being promised cash rewards.
