NLE Results : December 2012 Nursing Board Exam Results Released

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 16,908 out of 49,066 passed the December 2012 Nursing Licensure Examination (NLE) administered by the Board of Nursing in key cities in the country. Glucyl Alvero of Colegio de Sta. Lourdes in Leyte led the passers with a score of 85.80 percent. Cebu Pacific Launches Dubai Daily Flights

Almost one year since Cebu Pacific made public their plan to serve long haul flights , the low-cost airline announced today their first. Their destination? The OFW-rich middle east city of Dubai ! Yes, Cebu Pacific will now fly directly from Manila to Dubai. The biggest airline in the country will start flying to Dubai on October 7, 2013 and will operate daily, making them the only Filipino carrier to operate in that destination. In a press release, Cebu Pacific mentioned that they are proud to serve the over 700, 000 Global Filipinos in UAE giving them up to 40% lower fares compared to other airlines. Data also shows that Filipinos in the middle east takes multiple stops and connecting flights between Manila and Dubai. The direct flight offered by Cebu Pacific is expected to dramatically increase the convenience of flying to the region. UP Grad Tops Pharmacists Board Exam January 2013

Henson Turalde, a graduate of the University of the Philippines- Manila tops the first phase of board exams for Pharmacists this year. He scored 91.62 points leading the 641 passers according to the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). He was closely followed by John Carlo Madrid of San Pedro College - Davao City with score of 91.6.
