About Boracay White Beach - Basic Information

White Beach Boracay, found in Aklan, is one of the best beaches you can find in the Philippines. The coastline is long and the sand is white and really fine. The water of this Boracay beach is so clear that even if you are riding a boat and you are at the deep part of the beach, you would still be able to see the white sand at the bottom and it would make you think you are still at the shallow part.

Boracay Station 1 - Luxury

The coast of Boracay is divided into 3 stations. Station 1 is where you will find the most luxurious and expensive accommodations and establishments. There, you will find D'Mall. It is called that name because it is the Mall of Boracay. But unlike any mall, this has open space with many stalls selling different kinds of souvenirs and keepsakes like t-shirts, magnets and other native products. There are also plenty of restaurants and establishments there. One particular interesting establishment in D'Mall is 'The Hobbit Place'. It is interesting because the people serving there are small people. I heard it is a good restaurant but personally I haven't had the chance to dine there yet. You would also find luxurious hotels at Station 1, such as The Crown Regency Boracay and many posh restaurants and bars, like Ratsky. At night, especially during the weekends, you can watch fire dancers play with fire while dancing to the beat of the music.

Boracay Station 2 - Moderate Budget

Station 2 is where you will find the medium priced hotels, resorts and restaurants. Looking around the place, we noticed that Station 2 is where you will find plenty of buffet food offerings that serves different dishes from different countries, such as Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Filipino. The price is moderate but there are lots of choices for food and accommodations that were also good but not luxurious. You can find hotels and resorts with function rooms too for people who goes to Boracay not only for pleasure but also for business. You also watch fire dancers in Station 2.

Boracay Station 3 - The Budget Station

For people with tight budgets who wants to experience Boracay just because of the beaches, Station 3 is a good place for you. There is where you will find the cheapest resorts and restaurants or rather, carenderias (mini restaurants that serve home style Filipino food at a cheap price)  in the island coast. Some rooms cost around 500- 1000 pesos that were usually good for two to three persons.

You do not need to worry about not being able to enjoy the beach and shoreline that the people at Station 1 or 2 can enjoy as the Boracay coastline is an open beach, you can get to station 1 or 2 just by walking along the pathway or riding a motorcycle.  You can swim on the shores of Station 1 even if you stay at station 2 or 3 and vice versa.

4 Steps to Replace Stolen or Lost Passbook

My passbook (inside my bag) was recently stolen inside a local grocery store, and I would like to share the steps I took to secure my account and get a new passbook.      By User:Aerous ", CC BY-SA 3.0 , Link The steps outlined here are for a BPI savings account, but generally, the procedure will be very similar to other banks in the Philippines. 1. Call the Bank to Secure Your Account The first and most crucial step you need to do immediately is to contact your bank by phone or personally report it to the branch where you opened the account. This action will ensure that funds will stay put. The bank will lock the account immediately. The big banks have 24/7 hotlines. For BPI, it's 889-100. You have to do this step ASAP after discovering the loss. 2. Go to the Branch to Ask for a Replacement of the Passbook It can mean a simple replacement of the lost passbook, but it can also mean closing the entire account and opening a new one for security purposes. 3. Resigning? SSS Will Deduct Your Loan Balance from Your Last Pay

The purpose of this article is to inform the public about this policy of the Social Security System (SSS), the government-owned insurance company for those employed in the private sector. I just learned about this a few months ago when my company announced a workforce reduction program. Among the sad discussions is about this policy of SSS regarding loans in cases of resignation or retrenchment. Section G-2 of the SSS Loan Terms and Conditions (at the back of the loan application form) explicitly says the following: "The employer shall deduct the total balance of the loan from any benefit/s due to the employee and shall remit the same in full to SSS, in case the member-borrower is separated voluntarily (e.g., retirement or resignation) or involuntarily (e.g., termination of employment or cessation of operations of the company)." In other words, y ou will be required to pay the rest of your loan (including the interest) when you change employer or employment statu

How Much Does a MRI Scan Costs in the Philippines?

My dad needs a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan for his prostate problem. I did a little research on how much does it cost to have one. Well, it depends on many factors, such as which body part is to be scanned. There's also this technique called "MRI with contrast," wherein the patient will be injected with a chemical to make the scan clearer. For your information, this technique of adding contrast is known as  Gadolinium Contrast Medium . It adds cost to the procedure, but with more clarity, the more you can trust the diagnosis. We got it in  i-Scan Healthcare Inc.  here in Quezon City. The cost is  13000 Pesos . Please take note that the amount was just for the scan, and a separate professional will read the result. Some laboratories offer this service (i.e
