Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) chairman Manuel V Pangilinan commonly referred to as MVP is now on twitter. His account which officially goes online today is @iamMVP. Tweeted by Smart Communications, MVP is now inviting everyone to follow his tweets.



PLDT is the largest communication company in the country and is a leading provider of wired and wireless communication services such as telephone, internet, satellite TVs and many more.

    MY NAME IS MRS. MELENCIA BARZAGA A CUSTOMER OF PLDT FOR MANY YEARS NOW. THE REASON WHY I AM POSTING THIS MESSAGE SIMPLY BECAUSE I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM WITH MY TWO WIRELESS ACCOUNT.
    046-686-0128 AND 046-6862505, THE PROBLEM OCCURS OVER A MONTH AGO. WE HAVE REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AT 101328, THEY WOULD TAKE THE CALL AND COMPLAINT AND THEY WOULD PROMISE US THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED WITH IN 24 HOURS OR SO. UNFORTUNATELY IT IS ALMOST TWO MONTHS NOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND THEY WOULD JUST GIVE US THE SAME INFORMATION AND SUGGESTIONS THAT DOESN'T WORK. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING WE DON'T KNOW WHO WE CAN TALK TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUE. MY CONTACT NUMBER IS 0917-8491892.

It's a brand new year for everyone, including local scammers. And despite all the efforts by PLDT and Globe Telecom to curb text message scammers, from time to time, they still creep out and show up in our inboxes. And as hard to believe as the messages of winning some great amounts of money is the fact that there are still people who believe them. I personally know someone and that scam text message triggered events that turn her life upside down. So my point is, we still need to be careful regarding these scam messages. The danger is real! My dad needs a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan for his prostate problem. I did a little research on how much does it cost to have one. Well, it depends on many factors, such as which body part is to be scanned. There's also this technique called "MRI with contrast," wherein the patient will be injected with a chemical to make the scan clearer. For your information, this technique of adding contrast is known as  Gadolinium Contrast Medium . It adds cost to the procedure, but with more clarity, the more you can trust the diagnosis.
