All classes from Elementary to High School in Quezon City is suspended for tomorrow, Monday, July 22, 2013. This is a precautionary measure as militant groups are expected to hold protest rallies near the Congress during the fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno Aquino III which will be delivered tomorrow as well.
For employees and college students though, it will be a normal working day. With that, everyone is advised to take alternative routes, if possible, that are far from the Congress in Quezon City.
