The first time I've been to NAIA Terminal 4 or more commonly known as Manila Domestic Terminal was back in 2008. That time, Cebu Pacific still operates there. My experience in the place was bad. It was crowded and the aircon cannot support it so everyone was perspiring, most of which are standing due to lack of seats.
Now that Cebu Pacific had transferred to a bigger place, NAIA Terminal 3, and probably because of the recent bad publicity of our airports, Terminal 4 had undergone a huge improvement. It was cleaner and there are seats available for almost everyone.
One thing though about it that that I don't like. It has no store offering cheap foods. In comparison, Terminal 2 and 3 have at least a Jollibee store. Mactan-Cebu Airport Terminal has Dunkin Donuts while Davao Airport Terminal has Mister Donut. So for those who wants to sip a cup of coffee while waiting for their (delayed) flights, they have no other option but Seattle's Best. Some can really avail of their delicious coffee, but for me who is budget-conscious, I would refrain if I can from buying a cup of coffee for 100 Pesos.
But now, things have changed. Last week, I noticed something new in NAIA 4: Mister Donut. Their coffee is just 40 Pesos and their donuts is just 17 Pesos each. What a blessing!
